I’m a GP, Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and meditation guide. I’ve helped hundreds of people address bloating, fatigue, and gut-related issues without resorting to extreme restriction or gimmicks. My approach blends medical insight with whole-person coaching, so you get both the science and the support to make real, lasting changes.
